Desktop Publisher and Production Coordinators
Desktop Publishers and Production Coordinators are arranges design elements on the page layout, uses special formatting tools such as spacing and text size, reviews and edits initial proofs and fixes any issues. Coordinators facilitate the proposal review process, and guiding production of the final draft.
Facilitation and Production
* Analyze RFP requirements and follow proposal outline when developing storyboards and writing templates
* Manage and enforce production guidelines and schedules
* Manage document configuration to ensure version control and format documents
* Create writing templates and manage production plan and resources
* Assist Proposal Manager with meeting preparation and daily tag up
* Ensure deliverables are formatted and delivered per the RFP requirements
* Maintain storyboards, writing templates, and library of common terms used in proposal development
* Manage final production, printing, book check, assembly and distribution to designated deliverer
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat XI Pro
* Format text and graphics in accordance with RFP requirements
* Executes the production plan and delivery plan
* Maintain performance in a high stress environment
