SUMMARY: Eronica Dew is a ten year Air Force Veteran, former Department of Defense (DOD) Employee, Government Contractor, and now a Consultant. She has over 22 years of experience in government contracts, project management, business development, capture management, proposal development, human resources, quality control, and logistics & acquisition management. 

MILITARY RECORD: Former Technical Sergeant (TSgt) Dew served four years at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL, two years at the 125th Florida Air National Guard - Southeast Air Defense Sector, and four years with the 123th Airlift Wing, Kentucky Air National Guard. In the Air Force, she worked as an Inventory Management Specialist, Production Control Clerk, and Logistics Technician supporting and deploying F-15, F-16, and C-130s. Tsgt. deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

CONTRACTOR EXPERTISE: After separating the military and leaving DOD, she began her career as a defense contractor with IAP Worldwide Services, Inc. working as a Medical Logistics Technician at Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC) and then as a Systems Administrator at WRAMC for North Atlantic Regional Medical Command (NARMC), Washington, DC. Mrs. Dew was recruited by Eagle Group International, Inc. as the Logistics and Communications & Electronics Project Manager (PM) and led a hospital transition and activation service. As the PM and Medical Logistics Manager she spearheaded a $26M, 1 base year + 4 option years contract, managing 95 full-time employees, 3 warehouses, 24X7 medical logistics services, and all communications and electronics systems and security for the Walter Reed hospital and U.S. Army Garrison. In 2008, Lockheed Martin Corporation purchased Eagle Group International, Inc. launching her career in Business Development. In 2010, she began writing for proposal efforts for healthcare IO&T services contracts, later accepting a position to lead Lockheed Martin’s proposal development processes as a Level 5 Proposal Manager. She has worked more than forty (40) competitive proposals for Lockheed Martin IS&GS Line of Business. She has led proposal efforts for customers within the Department of Defense (DOD), U.S. Army, U.S Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps, Army Corp of Engineers, Center for Medicaid and Medicare, Veteran’s Administration, Social Security Administration, Department of State, Department of Energy, Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Geospatial, and many others. She has supported several global proposals for the UK, Australia, and AFRICOM. 

EDUCATION: She earned a Project Management Certificate from Villanova University in 2010 and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in 2009. She earned a Bachelor's in Management of Human Resources from Oakland City University, an Associate of Arts degree in Logistics from the Community College of the Air Force, and a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy Diploma from the State of California, 1992.

SUMMARY: Brooke C. Hall is an experienced Project Manager that specializes in digital Creative production for online entities; photo studio, web production, and e-commerce. With over seven years of experience in integrated marketing, digital communications, and project management experience. 

JOURNALISM AND MARKETING EXPERTISE: She has worked in digital sales development at Viacom’s BET Network in New York City, helping to create co-branded sponsorship proposals to maximize online advertising sales revenue for the media company. In 2009, Hall joined Thurgood Marshall College Fund as Marketing Manager in which she managed scholarship and fundraising campaigns and assisted development opportunities with leading industry partners. Ms. Hall also served as Executive Director of the New York City chapter of ColorComm, a national membership organization of over 500 women of color in the communications, advertising and marketing industries which facilitates mentorship and professional growth opportunities in Washington, DC, New York City and Chicago. 

EDUCATION: Ms. Hall graduated from Howard University in Washington, DC with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a concentration in Advertising.

SUMMARY: Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Katrina Streeter, a Serviced Disabled Veteran, served 26 years in the United States Army leading Commands within the Medical Service Corps as a Medical Logistics Officer; retired 2016. LTC Streeter has an extensive military deployment record, serving U.S. campaigns Operation Desert Storm/Shield (Iraq), Kosovo Defense, Operation Joint Forge (Bosnia), Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

EDUCATION: Mrs. Streeter graduated from Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi in 1989, earning her Bachelor's in Psychology. She earned her Master's Degree from Southern Illinois University in Rehabilitation Counseling in 1998. She is trained and has worked extensively in Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief and Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) in support of Hurricane Sandy, Ebola Relief Efforts, and severe weather/CBRN Defense. Mrs. Streeter is certified Level 1 Acquisition Life Cycle Logistics.
