Proposal Managers are responsible for managing processes and preparing proposal artifacts for delivery to the customer. PMs are responsible for meeting the requirements of the customer and clearly define the scope of work and services to both the client and the internal execution group.
Desktop Publishers and Production Coordinators are arranges design elements on the page layout, uses special formatting tools such as spacing and text size, reviews and edits initial proofs and fixes any issues. Coordinators facilitate the proposal review process, and guiding production of the final draft.
Writer/Editors are responsible for interviews with SMEs to write or rewrite proposal documents, develops resumes, past performance references, and other proposal artifacts to deliver to the customer. The main job duties involve researching, writing and organizing ideas and editing.
Graphic and Conceptual Design are responsible for interviews with SMEs to write or rewrite proposal documents, develops resumes, past performance references, and other proposal artifacts to deliver to the customer. The main job duties involve researching, writing and organizing ideas and editing.
Pricer creates pricing models, compare actuals, advises leadership, and develops final cost/price spreadsheet of the proposal. Pricing specialists employ pricing strategies that meet company standards, policies and procedures.
Specialization: Color Review Team are SMEs providing value add to the proposal team during a Pink, Red, Blue, or Gold Team review the assist in shaping the solution.
Oral Coaches and Video Directors manage oral and visual presentation preparation, in person or on DVD/CDs, for customer evaluations.
