Eronica Dew, Founder and President
Ten year Air Force Veteran, former Department of Defense (DOD) Employee, Government Contractor, and now a Consultant. She has over 22 years of experience in government contracts, project management, business development, capture management, proposal development, human resources, quality control, and logistics & acquisition management.
Our History
Presidio Consulting was founded in 2012 by Eronica Dew, an Air Force Veteran, focused on corporate cutbacks to remain competitive with small businesses entering the I.T. industry. With sequestration and annual fiscal funding delays, the Government began awarding best value contracts and choosing low cost bids. The Government’s reduced spending forced large defense contractors to consider divestures of service based businesses. Understanding corporate business rhythms, Dew recognized an opportunity to provide companies with an independent agency to outsource proposal efforts versus maintaining a full-time proposal staff. Presidio Consulting is a small minority-owned (MO), veteran-owned (VO), woman-owned (WO), social disadvantaged business (SDB), and 8A certified company.
Our Purpose
Presidio Consulting provides proposal management and staffing services to companies of all sizes. We help clients grow new business and expand their footprint in today's competitive market by helping them respond to RFPs, submit bids, and win new work. We also help clients build winning teams by filling key proposal positions and leveraging consultant knowledge. Presidio Consulting's mission is to assist clients with proposal development, exceed milestones, and deliver a quality product for evaluation to secure the win.
Our Approach
Presidio Consulting uses industry proven practices, processes, and procedures for proposal submission, ensuring compliant and compelling offers are delivered to the customer. We understand each proposal opportunity is different and challenging, therefore we review documented lessons learned from our individual experiences combined with lessons learned from the customers we serve. Our executive staff leverages business expertise gained from the military, DOD, and contractor experience. At Presidio, we understand the customer, because we were once the customer.
