Specialization: Color Review Team are SMEs providing value add to the proposal team during a Pink, Red, Blue, or Gold Team review the assist in shaping the solution.
Oral Coaches and Video Producers manage oral and visual presentation preparation, in person or on DVD/CDs, for customer evaluations.
Orals Coach/Scripting
* Ensure compliance with RFP, PWS/SOW requirements
* Provide input on selecting speakers
* Manage the timing of orals presentations to ensure the team meets RFP imposed limitations
* Integrate customer-centered language, themes, and hot buttons into the presentation
* Personally coach individual team members to increase confidence and develop team credibility
* Identify discriminators and win themes that resonate with the customer
* Conduct mock Q&A sessions with customer simulations to evaluate the team’s ability to meet customer expectations
* Use video, when necessary, to evaluate individual presenter’s performance and provide constructive feedback
* Establish a schedule, in collaboration with the proposal manager, for orals development
* Conduct seminars on orals presentation techniques
* Create simulations of the presentation environment
* Assist with development of presentation materials, including graphics to illustrate the presentation
* Facilitate practice sessions
Color Team Review
* A participant who is not engaged in the proposal effort but is familiar with the proposal content providing an interim review, evaluation
* Validates the proposal response and its compliance with the RFP
* The color team review adds value by assessing a proposal approach and recommending corrective actions to ensure a winning solution
* Color reviews may include: Pink, Red, and Blue or Gold Teams
